Alumni reunite and rock out at Walt Disney Concert Hall
YOLA and Weezer Make History
Four YOLA alumni—Fabiola Marinero (violin), Yuriko Imada (violin), Samantha Rosas (viola), and Zenaida Aparicio (cello)—joined members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Weezer for an historic Sound/Stage performance capture this spring.
As veterans of the YOLA program, they are no strangers to the Walt Disney Concert Hall stage or performing alongside world-renowned musicians. For them, what was most impactful about the day was reuniting with their friends on stage for the first time in more than a year….
